Anyone up for pickleball? Pickleball paddles and net now available for checkout from the Topsfield Town Library!

It is estimated that over 36 million Americans play pickleball. Are you one of them? If you are, we have some good news! The Topsfield Town Library has added a portable pickleball net and pickleball paddles/balls to our Library of Things collection!

Just a stone’s throw from the library is the Proctor School (60 Main St. Topsfield, MA 01983). Drop in while the park is open and the courts are empty for your next round, or reserve the courts in the rear of the school!

USA Pickleball Rulebook
The purpose of the rulebook is to provide pickleball players with the rules necessary for recreational, social, organized league and tournament play. Some sections of this rulebook are designed to be used only for the conduct of USA Pickleball-sanctioned tournaments. A sanctioned tournament allows players to obtain a rating on a national or international basis.
