The Topsfield Town Library is here to support our community through a variety of services. We offer research and information support, whether you’re accessing one of our databases, perusing our local history collection, or need a book from outside of our library. We also offer technological assistance as well as public printing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing. We are pleased to offer a Craft/Project space with a craft supply swap. INFORMATION AND REFERENCE
The Reference Department is available to help locate books and other materials from across the Commonwealth and even across the country! The librarians can also help with many technology issues, like accessing our online resources and troubleshooting mobile devices.
LOCAL HISTORY AND GENEALOGY
Learn about the history of Topsfield and the surrounding areas. We have vital records, maps, and more! We also offer access to various genealogical resources, including Ancestry.com.
ONLINE RESEARCH AND LEARNING
Expand your horizons with our extensive collection of databases! Read newspapers from across the country, learn about different viewpoints on hot topics, read comic books, find your next favorite recipe, learn a new craft, travel the world, and more!
CRAFT/PROJECT SPACE
Our Craft/Project Space is a multi-purpose space for meetings, crafting, and houses our craft supply swap. Yarn, sewing machines, and other supplies available.
COMPUTERS, COPIER, FAX MACHINE
The library has public computers available to use without a library card. There are computers located on the 2nd floor and in the Teen Space as well as in the Children’s Room. The library also offers printing, copying, and faxing at a reasonable rate.
